Filipinos is known for being hospitable but its not only the positive trait that Filipino posses.
Hardworking, Filipinos over the years have proven time and time again that there are people with industrious attitude.Filipino farmers still strives to earn their daily meal even there are technological weaknesses and typhoons.

Even though the government provide small support to the country's worker, many people choose to engage even small business like sari-sari store.

some would also pursue in transportation like Jeepneys ,tricycles and such..

strong family ties

Filipinos put their family as their top priorities. Filipinos would do all they could to provide the needs and love of their family.Sunday is where they would spend time with their families, you will find that it is common that they will include the extended members not just like the normal nuclear family.



Honesty
being hardworking people, the Filipinos are also honest. for example, a taxi driver returning a dropped wallet phone or wallet.
we see so many Filipino working in the homes of other families precisely because they can be trusted.

Religious

The Philippines is one of the most religious countries in the world, particularly in catholic and islam.

families will encourage and strengthen the values of their children and would at least have one day of worship in a week.

Resiliency 

Filipinos have the most reason for being a depressed people.

Filipino can still manage  to smile and to be hopeful that the next morning brings new hope.

we have shown the world that by working together as a nation we can recover to a bad situation. 

this is something that all of us should be proud of, with all of these good traits (and more!), one would really proud to say, "I am a Filipino".
